Happy Holidays again Sweet Beings,
I wanted to write to you, in acknowledgment, apologies, and understanding of what perhaps you might or might have been going through.
I realize that some of you never hear from me after you call and leave a message. And, in the past what was so was that my voice mail system with my phone company would store up to over 100 messages and never delete them. Even if I got to you a couple or more weeks later, I still got back to you. Now, what's occurring is that my phone provider actually deletes ALL of my messages after ONLY a couple weeks, and often I don't get to check all of them. They are gone before I can even see who has called. I realize that I am a solo Practitioner here in this office, and I am also a single mom, so of course I cannot check these messages every day. What would be great would be if the phone company allowed me to keep the messages stored for longer lengths of time with an additional payment, but they don't give this as an option.
So, first thing, I apologize for this occurrence and the lack of getting back to you. And, 2, I will do my best to check all of my messages every week when I am alone. I now have my phone forwarded to my cell, so if I am not at home and you call, I can always get the call when I am out.
I understand how frustrating this may be to many of you who are wondering if I am still here, or perhaps are considering seeing me again, or perhaps really need me and don't know why I haven't gotten back to you. If you don't hear from me within the time frame you need, PLEASE email me. That is the best solution right now! I also may be able to check these messages online, and will check this out as well. Or call, and it will go straight to my cell when I am out. If I am with my son, it will be brief, but at least I will get to talk to you for a moment!
